And just like any muscle, it needs strength, flexibility, and recovery.

Vocal Gym is a 45-minute weekly group training for:

  • singers who want a stronger, healthier instrument

  • teachers, coaches and fitness trainers who speak all day

  • managers & public speakers with tired throats and dry vocal cords

  • humans who need to sound good — even when exhausted

This is not a la-la-la class. This is a real voice workout. Expect sweat, sound, and a bit of sore abs.


What do we actually do?

Each class blends physical movement and targeted vocal training:

  • Breath & body warmups to release tension and prep the system

  • Power & projection drills (volume without shouting!)

  • Diction & clarity work — because mumbling is not a vibe

  • Recovery techniques for tired or post-illness voices

  • Mind-body-voice connection to ground, support and express
    And yes — we move. Bring your yoga mat, wear your comfy clothes, and be ready to work from head to diaphragm.
