Vocal Gym is a 45-minute weekly group training for:

This is not a la-la-la class. This is a real voice workout. Expect sweat, sound, and a bit of sore abs.
What do we actually do?
Each class blends physical movement and targeted vocal training:

Breath & body warmups to release tension and prep the system

Power & projection drills (volume without shouting!)

Diction & clarity work — because mumbling is not a vibe

Recovery techniques for tired or post-illness voices

Mind-body-voice connection to ground, support and express
And yes — we move. Bring your yoga mat, wear your comfy clothes, and be ready to work from head to diaphragm.
